We've all seen funny photos. They usually include cute dogs, cats, or even kids. I love how social media has allowed everyone to share funny and cute moments. However, there is one time when photos are not funny, and that is when a home is listed for sale. It is really interesting how often we see homes that are $500,000 and above where the owner hired someone that did not understand photography and how important it is to the sales price of your home.

Why is it so important?  When buyers are asked what they want, it is clear that they want photos.  Lots of them in fact.  Many buyers use the photos as a determination of whether they want to see the home or not.  That is huge.  Imagine if your home is amazing and yet your photos do not allow it to shine.
