What's Important in South Florida Real Estate?


The most noteworthy change observed in the past month in the real estate market is surely the price increase!  Prices are up in both Palm Beach and Martin County, as well as for homes under $400,000 and in the high-end luxury market.

In February, we witnessed a 16% median sales price increase in Palm Beach County from last year.  This rate is much higher than the national average of 9% and clearly shows that the price recovery in South Florida is very firm.  We can attribute the strength to three basic reasons:
